Oasis Senior Care Home

This January 3rd marks three years since Oasis Senior Care Home has been opened. All of the initial stage difficulties of the care home have been settled and the care home is running without any financial loss. There were only two inmates for about a year. Now there are more enquiries. There are currently 14 inmates at Oasis. Three are families and the rest are singles. Every evening there is a rosary followed by Mass. Fr. Kurian Thalachirakuzhy, is the founding director and currently, he is in this office as Director of this institution.              Fr. Mathew Mangalamadathil is there to help. There are facilities for indoor games and outings. There are 11 single villas and five 2BHK villas. All single villas are occupied. 2BHK villas are still available. Five new villas have been constructed for the convenience of senior citizens. Those who are interested can buy these villas.

Of the five villas built, four have been sold. Four more villas are being built due to high demand for villas for sale. There are 5 employees including Father Director and Assistant. The living facilities here are more and the fees are very less than other senior care homes in Kerala.

It is more of a service than a financial gain.

Too many parents live alone. Although they have the necessary finances, they are very reluctant to come to such a care taking home.That is why new villas are built to be sold. Thank you for  encouraging us in every way.
