Thamarassery Diocese’s Marian Pro-Life Committee organized the Pro-Life Day celebration, "Jeevotsav 2K25," where Bishop Mar Remigiose Inchananiyil emphasized that large families are the witnesses and voices of life.

The event was presided over by Fr. Jose Pennaparambil, Director of the Marian Pro-Life Committee. As part of the Ruby Jubilee celebrations of the Thamarassery Diocese, the Bishop inaugurated the "Kunje Ninakkayi" initiative, launched by the Pro-Life Committee.

Fr. Thomas Nagaparambil, Forane Vicar of Thiruvambady, delivered the keynote address. Dr. Thomas V. Mekkat, Dr. Philomina Mathew, Dr. Beena CMC, and Ambili Mathew were honored at the event.

Jaison John, a father of seven from Devagiri parish, along with his family, was felicitated. Additionally, young parents with more than four children and individuals from large families who had entered priesthood and religious life were recognized.

Other speakers included Fr. Jacob Thittayil (Assistant Vicar of Thiruvambady Forane), Sr. Reena Tom (SH Provincial Superior), Sr. Pavithra (CMC Superior), Sr. Carmelate (MS Superior), Simili Arakkaparambil, and Tomy Plathottam.

The Thamarassery Diocese is home to 700 families with more than four children.
