The Junior Clergy Meet 2026 of the Thamarassery Diocese began yesterday evening at PMOC.

Inaugurating the meet, Bishop Mar Remigiose Inchanani reminded the young priests of the importance of standing firm in moral values. He emphasized that answers to all problems and crises rest in the hands of God and encouraged the clergy to remain rooted in faith and trust in divine providence.

During the inaugural session, the Bishop officially welcomed seven priests who were ordained this year into the Junior Clergy of the Diocese.

The gathering was also addressed by Msgr. Joyce Vayalil, Vicar General of the Diocese, Fr. Subin Kavalakkatt, Chancellor, and Fr. Roy Thekkumkattill, Director of PMOC.

A total of 34 junior priests are participating in this year’s Junior Clergy Meet, which aims to strengthen priestly fraternity and spiritual formation.
