The doubles badminton tournament organized exclusively for priests, jointly hosted by St. Thomas Forane Church Thottumukkam, the KCYM unit, and the Smash Badminton Collective, concluded with high energy and spirited performances.

The team of Fr. Manoj Kochumuri and Fr. Benny Karakkattu emerged as champions. The pair of Fr. Nidhin Mattathil and Fr. Toby Thannipillil MCBS secured the second position, while Fr. Jose Karottuzhunnalil and Fr. Sherin Puthenpurackal finished third. Fr. Sheneesh Thannikall and Fr. Joel Kumbukal claimed the fourth place among the twenty priests who participated.

The first prize, consisting of ₹5,000 and a trophy, was sponsored by Areekode B & B Group. Other prizes were sponsored by Thottumukkam O.A. Traders and Mukkam Tyres. The trophies were presented to the winners by Fr. Vinoy Purayidathil, Vicar of Koodaranhi.

The tournament was held at the Thottumukkam Smash Indoor Stadium and was coordinated under the leadership of Fr. Jijo Melattil, Assistant Vicar of Thottumukkam Forane Church, along with KCYM members, Smash officials, and parish representatives.
