As part of the Onam celebrations, Alphonsa College hosted the All Kerala Inter-College Tug of War Tournament – “Kamba Yudham” Season One. The host institution showcased a dominant performance, clinching both the first prize (₹10,001) and second prize (₹5,001).

Mukkam MAMO College secured the third prize (₹3,001), while the Government College of Physical Education, Kozhikode, finished in fourth place.

Individual honors went to:

• Best Player of the Tournament: Faiz Muhammed

• Promising Player of the Season: Albin Paulson

The tournament was inaugurated by Thiruvambady Circle Inspector Prajeesh. The prize distribution ceremony was graced by National Volleyball player Alphonsa Anoop and Thamarassery Diocese Corporate Manager Fr. Joseph Palakkat, who jointly presented the awards to the winners.

The event was jointly organized by Puduppadi Connect Electricals and Kakkadampoyil Foggy Mountain, with overall coordination by the All Kerala IRE Association.
