The academic year 2026–27 of Aider Educare, the educational skill development initiative of the Thamarassery Diocese, was inaugurated by Bishop Mar Remigiose Inchananiyil at the Mankuzhikary Memorial Pastoral Centre Auditorium.

The function was presided over by Fr. Mathew Thoommullil, Director of Aider Foundation, while Fr. Melvin Vellakkakudiyil, Director of Aider Educare, delivered the welcome address.

During the event, 23 students from the diocese who secured positions within the top 100 at the national level in the ninth batch of the “Race to IAS” programme were honoured along with their parents. Millet M. Chandy, along with Sr. Dona FCC and Sr. Sona FCC, who lead the Aider Educare Life Launch NLP camps, were also recognized.

Jomin Immanuel Mathew, who secured the third rank at the national level, shared his experience. The report was presented by Sr. Reena Rose FCC, and felicitation addresses were delivered by Rintu Jacob and Sr. Christina MSMI. The programme was coordinated by Sr. Gislet MSJ.
