The Centre for Overall Development (COD), in collaboration with NABARD, is organising a one-day Capacity Building Programme for Self Help Group (SHG) leaders at Alphonsa Hall, Thamarassery, on 6 February 2026 at 10.00 am.

The programme aims to strengthen people’s organisations by enhancing leadership capacities and financial literacy among SHG leaders. The sessions will focus on the scope and potential of people’s organisations and on understanding money—how to manage, save, and grow financial resources effectively.

This initiative reflects the Diocese’s ongoing commitment to community empowerment and sustainable development through structured training and institutional collaboration.
